Showcase is over and I am filled with mixed emotions. It was hard saying goodbye to my team and to all the parents that I have been blessed to know over the past 5 years. I still have banquet this week, but my time at Brighton is almost over. At showcase my dancers did a great job and it was fun to sit back and watch them one last time. This was a great team this year so it was really hard; we had many tearful goodbyes. Thank you to all that came and supported me at my showcase. It meant a lot to see you there! I will post a few pictures from showcase in a couple days.

Hey! This is Ashley Hedin (Coach at Davis). Found your blog through Eggett's. I totally know how you feel. We had our showcase Friday as well. I am not coming back either. I have been there five years as well and it's hard to give up. Good luck with everything you do!
So...I live in Amber's neighborhood. She is in my ward. She is really nice! It's a small world isn't it? As for my spare time...I still teach first grade and teach dance. I know it seems like I'm still way busy, but really this will be so nice!
How fun and sad at the same time! I loved the feeling at Brighton and the unity and spirit in our sporting and dance and cheer competitions. What fun memories! GO BENGALS! :)
